if memory serves i triggered it by having Tia in my party at the time. Not sure if thats a condition needed but you could try it that way.

Depends on what you see as content, whether you use cheats or not, or if you play both ways (ntr and non-ntr). To give you an idea, my current save (without cheats) clocks at 64 hours. There's also some considerable amount of grind. And I don't do ntr, so my save doesn't include that.
