For anyone who can't trigger Tia's anal route due to her dialogue beside the hut being stuck talking about the [dead] chief, I was able to get the dialogue to change by sending her to the orcs. Her corruption may need to be above 11 for this to work. Not sure if anyone else was having this issue.
