0.6.1.0d is the second last if not the final version of the 0.6.1.0 update. Elisabeth Corruption Route has been in since 0.6.1.0b and the walkthough has also been updated.

The neew content is still displayed in green, which is very likely also the inspiration for the online walkthrough to choose this color code, but I assume you mean the index not representing new items in a color code.
It's the complet Update as the Walkthrough was also Updated... though maybe an exposition to a larger group still introduces some follow up bugfixes

I know the walkthrough itself says new content is in green but when I open the PDF walkthrough with Foxit PDF Reader all the new content is still just in grey like the rest. Maybe I could fiddle with with the settings to see if the green text shows up but currently don't know where to start.

If you go to section 40 it should be green, and is the only green section, in that it was the only thing added in v0.6.1.0.
The table of contents for "Rebuilding Darkholt" should be green, but can't be because the blue supersedes it.

Search the forum for "marcus letter" it changes the MC's relationship to one of the LI's.
