There is an option in the Patreon main content poll for Kate's pregnancy. It looks like it is a few months down the line before it wins enough votes. After that content is included, there will be other pregnancy content added to the poll for future voting. If you want to vote for it, join the Villager ($5) tier.

No, you have to download the full game each time. But your saves should still be available after installing the new version. Probably best to extract the zip into the folder where you currently have the game, allowing existing files to be overwritten, to make things easier.
But if you install the new version separately from the older version, then follow Chyos's instruction: "To recover your saves from a past update you need to copy to go into your old game folder > www > and copy the whole "save" folder into the www folder of this game."

Chyos provided the 0.3.4.0 Wayfarer link in a Patreon post earlier today, but the About page has not been updated with new links for the public, Wayfarer, and Villager versions. I don't see Chyos updating F95 first, so it is probably a Wayfarer patron who did it.

Well, I will not see the content of NTR or futa in any case. In fact, I prefer that the game allows you to disable NTR content at first.transformation is in 2 things (mcs cook gets bigger in prologue, and 1 girl can be made futa (your choice ingame).
ntr can be deactivated via controlls and blocks that off completely or avoided while playing standard mode.
corruption isnt necessary for most content (except for anal in some girls and for mother+daughter scenes- there are 2 pairs doing that currently). drugs arent in the game per se. mcs sperm makes girls more horny/corrupted, but can be deactivated by drinking a potion (see walkthrough lucius) or by not cumming in their mouth.
i still advise doing "some" corruption or you wont see anal scenes or scenes with the julia (mayors maiddaughter).
i think all voyeur scenes are on ntr path except for spying mira solo undress in her room.
please be advised while the game still has a lot of content, you exclude about half of the game with your selection of red lines
I'll think about corruption, but I may also avoid all of this content. And personally, I prefer to deactivate the special quality of sperm.
Seeing scenes that I don't like just because they exist in the game doesn't seem particularly fun to me either.

I respect your feelings about it, as I am not into NTR or futa content either, and like that it can be turned off at the beginning.
Regarding corruption, it's a little tricky. I think Mira is the only one without corruption content, while a few others only have corruption content, so you will have to do without some of the women if you avoid corruption content.
Also, Gwen is a special case, as just having sex with her increases her corruption, but also she is the one that is the bad influence on you, so "corrupting" her doesn't change her personality, it's more like it gives her power and allows her to transform, so it's not corruption in the usual sense, she's just naturally corrupt already.
if your problem with corruption is the mindalteration/drugging, avoid it with kate and natasha(only massiv cor route). but you might enjoy some low points with tia. it doesnt "alter" her character like with the other 2 girls.
girls you might like to focus on would be imawyn, lyvia, frisha and mira. all of them need 0 points in corruption and have a lot of sex content. (emily im not sure about but i think you dont need it). tia needs corruption only for her anal scenes (and the double scene with the orc girl) otherwise its all lovey dovey.
but get the potion from lucius because some of those girls content is blowjobs and that will cause corruption.

corruption is more for extreme scenes like anal and mother+daugther scenes.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep it in mind when I start the game.
Possibly the content with Gwen isn't to my liking. I'm pretty sure I'd rather ignore her if possible.

All girls require a certain degree of corruption before you are capeable to push them into the NTR direction as far as I can tell.
But even with max corruption it will be the Player that pushes the girls towards NTR via direct decisions

No... the first time such scenes could be implemented is if her story is chosen by Patrons, as it promisses to introduce a new young male that is supposed to spend some time with her in issolation.
