I assume you mean clearing the space for more space around the village. On the management screen it should tell you what % of the area is cleared

Ok, your villagers are in the wrong place, they have already collected enough wood. (You can manually add wood, food and copper by clicking on the icon in management screen....And food is important)
For now, click on the flag in the top left picture, you should then get a circle just to the right of it. If you put all 5 Villagers there they should clear it in about 3 days gametime
You need to click on the red flag and send some men. At least send some back to the village by clicking on the round.

Your quest log is missing "Deal with the remaining Orcs" so that's the problem. It's in the Village where you got Maui from, so go back to the orc Village and go through the front gate and see if you get a MC "thinking" message about getting rid of any help for the main force of Orcs.
