The only ones that can have kids now are just Kate and Emily... the rest is just a fertilized state, but the pregnancy doesen't advance...

Correct, but exactly that was question: "Who else we can impregnate as of right now?", it doesn't matter if the pregnancy advance or not, specially since Gavina was mentioned.

I'm not aware of any benefits of having children. When you interact with them, MC says something like "I should spend more time with my son/daugther..." but I doubt there is any content implemented right now. As for Kate, if you give up the child you lose affection with her and "she will be upset" for a while.

Why do you have to start over after each update? You should just be able to move your save folder from the old version over to the new version. With RPGM you can't just move your individual save, you need the save file, the global file and the config file.

I'm stupid to not having realized that. I have been starting over with each update till now. I thank you good sir/ma'am.

Well if you don't wanna start over from the very start your free to use my starting save. It's pretty much done the starting part and started on some of the girls but it can go either love, corruption, non-ntr or ntr has the cheat book as well since there is really no point in not adding it so you can go whatever way you wanna go after this but save probably 1-2 hours of early gameplay. Should always work unless a major change is added to the starting part.

Well usually we only know for the 0.X.1.0 updates while the 0.X.1.5 updates are usually whatever Chyos feels is needed usually it is either some extra stuff to flesh things out or it's usually to finish up the previous update or in preperation of the next one. From what I remember the content that won the 0.6.2.0 update is Kirlic. Which is the sort of next "hub" area that will be like the village. The update will mostly focus around adding the new village Kirlic and some of the NPC's that will inhabit it and some parts for the existing characters (most likely Kate) and one new NPC.

After that it is kinda upp in the air what will be next. The possible updates we know of are the following.

I had 7 out of 10 injured during an attack, with palisades at 100%

After rescuing her, talk to her in mansion and tell liandara is in mercenary camp. Then you two go together to the camp
