I see! i never continued it bcs im stuck at "You have to work with claire at 10pm" or something like that but nothing triggers

If I remember, you have to help her chop stuff and talk to Claire when she's at her bed to get closer with her and sit with her at the Fireplace in the Inn. At some point she will ask you to get stuff from the cellar and kill some rats.

yea already have her relationship advanced up till the point u go to the inn by kirlic but i guess ill keep trying all her events in arenfield until something triggers for the cult mission
edit: the mission actually says "Thomas is involved in this. you can find out more if you work with claire"

Did you wait in the Lobby until midnight when Thomas walks downstairs to the Cellar?

yeah, already saw the first scene when claire spots him and u have to forge key, after that if i wait in the 'lobby' when he spots me he only tells me to go to my room, if he doesnt spot me and i follow him to the cellar nothing happens, the cult is reuniting with some women but still no interaction available

Strange, if I remember after that you got a copy of the Key and Witness the ritual you talk to Roderic upstairs in his Studies about the Cult then you get Marcus old Robe then head out to the Cultist.

ok, got it to work, didnt follow quest prompt and went directly to roderic, showed him the key and now the mission "get marcus old robe popped up" thx, never would've guessed following the mission lol, it still said to work with claire until now

It's definitely not in the variables, if it is in there, it would be in the switches, and I can't find it.
This save did side with Gwen/Isha, so I would have it on. I couldn't find anything Gwen (or Isha or Athia) related to who you ally with.
I did look at all the items around Gwen's switches, and nothing stood out, I am only posting the switches that have her name.
(I am pretty sure switch 823 is related to the choices you make in the conversation with Sabrina, since 822 and 825 are, and that quest line was coded in different updates then the Gwen v Athia quest.)
Unfortunately I don't think you can edit that change, I have save edited ASWS a lot, but never story choice changes, it's not really a game you can do that with.
I tried also that but in the end I had to return to one old saves that doesn´t have the issue with John.
Now the one with the materials were also fixed returning to my old save but it came back when I killed a chicken in the inventory to gather chicken meat. Idk what to do cuz I advanced a lot with this save and I don´t have any other save to go back.

Liandra can get a potion that turns her B cups into large C's / small D's, but it really isn't much content.

Are you saying that John quit working on armor, after you killed a chicken?
Those things aren't connected, especially since you can't see John from Penny's chicken coop or at a trap in the wild.
Did you just happen to kill the chicken around a clock sync time (always happens at midnight, can happen at other times) and got the alert that John was out of Iron? If so, don't trust the alert, trust what you see in John's shop. If he has stacks of Iron bars, you don't have to worry about the baskets of iron ore. If he doesn't have pyramids of iron bars, and you want merc armor, you have to get him the bars.
You can test whether or not John really has merc armor supplies by clicking on his anvil and choosing "assist John", if you can he is making your armor. If you can't, you have to figure out why. I promise you it has nothing to do with chickens.
It will have something to do with the Kings order, or having the mine opened and guarded.

My problem started a month ago with in one of my saves where the game didn´t show any item collected what affected to John an the amors he can craft for you. The reason was that he needed more material to crafted even when he has iron ores in a bucket; constant supply from the min; and pyramid for forged iron bars next to the forge.
I couldn´t solve the issue so I start again with one of my old saves and kept going with my thing. Yesterday I experienced the problem again when I killed the chicken/rooster in my inventory for chicken meat. The game lagged for a few seconds and when the sound of retrieve an item plays, I saw no item gain. I check in the inventory of the MC and the chicken is there. Nor every time that I gather an item or resource in the game (with this save) no item shows up when I collect it.
