If you mean when you gotten higher in level and kill without entering the battle screen, then it's normal. It's a option you can turn on and off called quick battle.

If she has a corruption score of 5 watch her mastrubate at night (monastery) after getting into a close relationship with the southern looking girl (I think that was Heather) in the monastery.
That girl will catch you spying and invite you into her room... agree and Mira will notice and follow you, afterwards she'll tell you she is into looking at you fucking other girls infront of her.
take into consideration that autobattle rewards less in exp and drops though
Okay, so I’ve already transformed Gwen after reaching 23 Corruption points with her. According to the walkthrough, the next step is to ask her to become her apprentice. However, I can’t find that option. Whenever I click on her near the cauldron, I only see three options: 1. About my situation, 2. Sex, and 3. Ally with her. (I need her quest to do for the Plaguefiends in Mira’s church quest).

No, it will be with Version 0.6.1.0.x (with x being any number of bugfixes).
With the ammount of gameplay that was added with this Update there might be a few letters still

Damn - I'm stuck. I asked Tia to train with Maui and she's stuck in training mode. Restarted the game, moved around the map, cycled a few days, and there's no dialogue option with Maui or Tia to stop the training. Tia just chops air 24/7. Unfortunately my last save before I asked her to train with Maui is 3 hours old - ugh! Anyone have the same problem - or have a solution?

Haver you tried advanceing the other Orcs girl story to the point she has her own tent?
Or iniciate a 3-some at night with both Orcs?
Pressing "T" to advance time might also help
And final option return to Arenfield than go back to Rumah

RESOLVED - I used save editor to change the advanced variable "Tia Maui Training" from 1 to 0. Hope this helps someone else
I tried advancing Umah, and I got the point where I was to build her tent, but despite having all the needed resources the quest won't advance and allow me to build the tent; maybe because Tia and Maui are stuck... dunno. Advancing time doesn't help and I've moved around the map with no success. I tried your 3-some idea but there aren't any orcs at the main campfire at night, nor are there any options for sex at the small campfire in the newly added space where Maui's tent is set up. Thx for the suggestions though.
EDIT: I was able to build the tent for Umah. After gathering the resources I forgot to approach her and open a dialogue. Even with the tent built Tia is still swinging away near Maui's tent - grrr....

I almost broke my mouse trying different clicks within the scene with no success.... but I never tried the keyboard as you suggested. Tried the scene again, tapped the spacebar and BAM - the scene stared. I can't believe I didn't try that - Duh!

Honestly small rant but why tie the cult building side quest to a tetris mini game i like the idea but the fact i cant complete unless i have arrows key on my keyboard honestly bothers me a lot instead of having alternate control about it

In this Version Chyos implemented a mobile HUD if that is what concerns you.
That aside after playing the game 3 times you can just choose to work sloppily which still ends with ca. 30% progress
oh ok that makes more sense why the hud at the begining of this update was mobile thank you il prob make a small switcharoo for this part of the game and swap back to the normal hud
Can someone help me with Kate's route because the guide says that her old friends will appear and I already have 20 in affection but nothing happens?
