Gotta say I really love the update, especially the scenes with Katherine in the hut, Chyos cooked once again. I really hope we get some more love for side characters in the future.

I follow the inconsistency with calling her mom by her first name, and then using her dad's last, but I did look into it earlier and Pietrov is in fact a surname, not a first name.Thank you. As I said, it's just a tiny mistake, not a significant one. But it can lead to annoying inconsistencies in the storytelling.
However, it could also be that this isn't a mistake:
1. In Medieval Timess, there were certainly cases where noblemen had their children raised by someone else. One case is even legendary: the famous "King Arthur", if he ever existed, is raised in all legends not by his father Uther, but by his loyal knight Hector/Ectorius.
2. On the other hand, likewise, noblemen and other powerful people didn't always take fidelity so seriously and slept in the beds of the bourgeoisie. So it could be that Lucrecia cheated on her husband, meaning Ophilia isn't by Pietrov, but by Zachary, and Ophilia doesn't even know that.
Both ways would then raise the question of how Thomas knows about it.
It's a form of Peter, as in "son of Peter".
If it was a first name it would be Pyotr, Petar, Piotr or Petr.
The ov does connate being the son. Where as Pietrova would be "daughter of Pietr".

I can't complain, but the dialogue is a little weird if you have already unlocked her threesomes though.
In trying to figure out how to trigger her going to Rumah, I triggered the dinner threesome with Tia. Then found her gathering herbs, Tia and Bianca talked about how the MC, Katherin and Lyvia were going to fuck, and then left. Had the Lyvia threesome, then noticed I had the new quest.
So then the conversation about Katherin being around the MC's dick with Tia was kind of weird, since Tia knew the MC had fucked her twice in the last twelve hours.
I am guessing that in a new playthrough that she can go to Rumah way before the threesomes are unlocked.

Anything's possible, I don't know the details. And who knows how the developer will interpret it.
But it doesn't change the original problem: the developer has messed up the names of Ophilia's father and his enemy. Or maybe it's not a mistake, and there's something else behind it.

Didn't know this thread was a biology lesson
I killed all of the cultists before saving Arianna. Walkthrough says there was a cutscene if I listen them while Arianna in the group. What did I miss? I didn't fucked up a possible mission, did I?

This is the "cutscene" you get when you do that (just one render), so in that regard you didn't miss anything. However, when you killed everyone, was there a boss called "prophet"? Because that boss drops one of the best swords in the game (Tainted Dawnbreaker), but maybe he only spawns after you rescue her.
Thought as much lol and what days does Kathrine visit rumah? caught her there twice and after that missing her every day it seems?
