Similar question for the choices for Sophie? Does her getting married to the orc chief(MC?) guarantees Eric's win? Does it still make sense to do it if you side with Van? Or does it make sense to just skip these 2 storylines for now?

If you bring her to the Mansion then it is very likely she'll marry Dave. At most, they won't bang if you get her the chastity belt. Returning her to Kirlic isn't an option because Kirlic itself isn't an option yet but it'll likely involve going to her dad to prevent the marriage with Dave and potentially also dealing with her BF who the MC most likely also cucks.
On Sophie's end we have nothing. She runs away and that's that or gets engaged to Orc boss. Siding with Van can lead you to help him capture her but it doesn't lead to anything because there's nothing to Sophie's storyline yet. Her marrying orc chief isn't likely to lead to Eric's win outright either considering Van has his own allies too. If anything that would even the odds since Eric is the one at a disadvantage.
Yeah pretty much. She's a lot more lovey-dovey in her helping her path and she names you her Champion. Declares her love for MC since her husband, good old Uldar, was essentially just a marriage of convenience. Her dress is pretty nice in this route too honestly.

Hmm, probably will be hard or not possible, but is there any way to reset a quest when while mid-quest? Specifically the "fighting with demons" one. Any specific save game editor that would be up to this task, or is it too much hassle..?

I haven't found one, and even if there was, I think it would likely break saves. Too many interconnected pieces for one switch to turn everything back to where it was.
Fighting Demon's itself doesn't have choices. It's steps are the same, who wins depends on steps outside of the quest itself.
If you didn't break the seal when you first clicked on it, I think you might be closed out of Syfa's path. But you may go see if you can still break it, which would start her path. (She doesn't have a quest, you just go her route if you switch all three plugs and take all three virginities.) If you didn't break it, and can't break it, then you are locked out of that. You might try clicking on switch "1202 Syfa path" to see if you can summon her to the bed and get the plugs. But would be surprised if that fully worked.
If you did break the seal, I am pretty sure you can complete either route. Syfa's Banishment is still an available quest. Complete it, and don't switch the plugs / take the virginities and the church path will be completed.

It's not normal to be able to rename Henry. Are you using some sort of language translation? Or otherwise modded game?
I am wondering how that thought triggered while in Penny's bedroom, not from after talking to Henry in the field.

Hello there, I should have elaborated a bit.. I found Antonius not guilty in the process of interrogating him and now I cannot accuse him again. I am stuck with accusing Mathias and have the head of monastery Williams dead by the end of the quest and that idiot Jorge taking over after the ritual. Nothing too serious, just something I was very curious if it would be possible to reset a quest, accepting the risks involved.
I know I should have read the guide but it completely ruins the immersion reading the quests' progression beforehand.. I try to avoid it if/when possible.(and end up in situations like this)
I'll have to try hard to locate a save before that (again my mistake), or see if I can falsely accuse someone else with the aid of the guide, though that is a bummer, since we are forced to give back the diary, thanks again!
And thanks for the valuable info on Syfa's path!

Just FYI it is not save related as I have it as well. It is most likely a typo in the game files.
Most likely Chyos used the wrong variable so the game uses Arlessa instead of Henry.
Is this option still feasible..? I'm seeing she is the only one, except demons, that is not getting corrupted while oral. I don't seem to progress with her, other than her affection increases every night..
Edit: ok the option opened up after I watched her during midnight and entered the room uninvited..

Nothing can be commissioned for the three rooms on the bottom of the screen of the second floor. This is why "A new home" quest gets the red "quest can't be completed at this time" notice. My guess is a room for Julia, and possibly Frisha, don't have a guess for the third.

Mira doesn't get corrupted when she has the holy plug in. Only at night when she doesn't have it in. Part of Syfa's path is getting the fake butt plugs that don't block corruption.Is this option still feasible..? So Heather can be corrupted if her plug is switched, but she doesn't have to be corrupted to advance her quest.
