If you mean marcus old robe then it is in your house basement. To reach there you have to go through mira quest where you get caught kissing her.

It's Arianna a couple weeks after she got captured. After you play hide and seek and choose the option to fuck her afterwards, the first position change works but when you click it a second time to get back to the first position it keeps running a loop of the second position. I ran it in the background for 5 minutes and it's still going. I've attached my save file.

Tbh, I like this game more than Peasant's Quest. PQ feels a bit too sandboxy for my liking. There's no real introduction to characters or storylines. You just walk up and instantly initiate a route. I'm not saying it's bad, just not my kind of game. A Struggle with Sin is among my favorite eroges because of the pretty good writing with characters and story, worldbuilding, and mechanics all tying in well to each other. It helps that Chyos, even when they delay updates because of content creep, is consistent in delivering quality that I have developed trust in them.
IIRC, after you infiltrate the cult base in the forest ruins, Rick immediately accosts you as soon as you get back to Arenfield. He tells you that Arianna has gone missing. Back at the house, you investigate and conclude that she has run off. You discover some tracks as soon as you leave the house.
Not sure if it's scripted or just because I happened to get back to Arenfield in the middle of the night, but you then say it's impossible to follow the tracks until the next day. You'll find some tracks at the forest ruins heading north into the ruins of Darkholt. There, you see the cultists clearing out giant rats in preparation to rebuild Darkholt.
You'll search and find Arianna in one of the cabins. She'll transform, then you attempt to sneak off with her. After spending the night outdoors, you both return to Arenfield.

I can't start the Mira quest, i don't remember if i met her in the hut but she's at 5 affection and the only 2 things i can do with her - Read books with her (and place my hand on her back) and hold back whenever i'm horny, that's it.. There's no progression and no quests in my quest log (i'm 160 hours into the game and have done plenty with the other girls in house).

If I remember, keep reading and visiting her to her affection up and you'll get option to kiss.

I used the cheatbook to add talent points early in game and increased lots of my stats so i did not face this issue but i am guessing that its happening in your case because mc intelligence stats are to low. Try increasing it should help in my opinion.
Yes emily is the only one you can marry as far as i know.

You can't lockpick the cult door. You have to take the keys from the inn owner room, there will be a hole in his wall, inside it there will be the key. Take the key and make a copy it from the blacksmith and then return the original key.
(You can only find the key in the hole on day when the inn owner will not visit the cult so few a times the dialogue will say "it is only a hole there is nothing inside")

anyone knows why Toren is missing? is he gone after a certain point in the story? and if so , does anyone have save before he leaves?
During rumah village quest i used witchcraft on gurtak, now i can't kill him. So how do i complete the Revenge quest??
