This sentence tells me only that you weren't playing this game in the early years and that you failed to read the ntr warning note that is still there in the very beginning of the game (which no longer holds true to the feelings of the developer then.

Ntr at the beginning of the developing stage was never meant to be about sharing, but very much as punishment for either making the wrong choices or for failing to win a battle where a girl was nearby.
Due to either fan pressure or an evolution in Chyos tastes/goals this has evolved, but the feeling of the initial intended content is very clear.
Just like Just20 I have ntr on on most of my playthroughs because I want the feeling of danger of having a LI get corrupted by someone else in case I fail as a player or if I decide to check out a scene that I would otherwise have locked.
I couldn't care less about the defacto sharing options like Bianca and the goblin or Bjorn and Claire (and just like Just20 having an open quest that I have no intentions to follow through is a point of frustration whenever I see it in the open quests).
