By "he" do you mean Hekima? In my playthroughs I have usually killed him before I even pay attention to the Queen's visit. I just don't like how he uses Anya, so I remove him from the picture. I also let Sophie listen so she doesn't get captured, though she does run off on her own.
So, I don't know if there is any proof in-game that Van / Hekima captures her.
But I do know the three states that she is canonically in at this moment,
I know this from how Chyos typed up her content update:
"Sophie - Depending on your previous decision, Sophie will face corresponding problems. Will you sell her out to the orcs to help win the war for her father? Have you made sure she is with Hekima and his men or did you warn her so that she ran off alone? It is for you to decide how her story continues."
She has been in the poll the longest, but is sitting at third in the total votes. Past votes do go forward into the next polls. So it's almost mathematically certain that she is three or four polls away from winning. v0.6.3.0 most likely will be Tia, it could be Julia. The loser of that race will be v0.6.4.0.
That situation will repeat between her and Umah with v0.6.5.0 and v0.6.6.0 with Sophie currently the most likely to win between those two.
Melissa's wt says 6. For the next step you must give Melissa at least 20 Gold (when you ask for a new map she will ask you to give her something in return)

I hope the question is clear because it's a bit complicated to explain in English.
It concerns holiday events in the game. Like Halloween, Easter, or when it snows.
I know that by playing naturally, event quests are activated in certain months. But if that month passes and you lose the event, the only way to reactivate the event is to either play until you return to that month, or via the real calendar.
For example, for Halloween, either the game must be set to something like October, or on PC, the calendar must be set to October.
As for the real months, can anyone tell me if they're tied only to the real month or also to the year? Can I just change the month via PC to pretend it's Easter, for example?
Why the doubt? Because I noticed that, for example, during the Christmas period, different content was added each year. If I'm not mistaken, last year's there was the second snow events. And I was wondering if the events are automatically activated in the same month, or if I have to finish the first event, then change the month again to start the second event?

That's her love route #5. Have you completed the part above it, her main quest? I am pretty sure you have to complete the main quest before you can so the love route.
Have you "spent time" with her enough to get the kiss on her bed? Had dinner with her and John?

Other than Mellisa's quest, are there any other undead in the game? I know Purified Dawnbreaker has a holy attack but I'm a bit sad that it loses the fire attack since that one is more useful against a majority of enemies.
I saw a screenshot some time ago where someone had all their skills at 20 points. Is that the maximum that you can invest, per skill?

You know, the game started to crash — it seems there’s a problem on my end (and I’m also playing it on my phone through the Maldives emulator).

There are the plague fiends. Krampus (during winterhowl), and The Ancient Ones (during October.)
Without using the cheat book, one could get a possibility of 99 talent points, one per level of experience. With 11 talent categories for the MC that is an average of 9 points per talent, as it is 20 is overkill. But yes, even by using the cheatbook to get unlimited points, 20 is the cap per talent. (For some reason strength goes to 21.)

Yes, you can just change the month on your PC and this will trigger the event for the that month in-game.
It isn't tied to the year, so you don't have to wait for the actual month in real life to experience the event.
Yes, the events are automatically activated in the same month.
And no, you don't have to change the month to start the second or third event for a particular month.
