After you do the serving game with Kate, at midnight she talks with Thomas.
When she has 20A, and you have listened to them a few times, you can stop Thomas from blackmailing/berating her or let them have a relationship.
already did that, now when i visit her at midnight there's only option to stay or go to my room
Nvm, I figured it out. It's kinda like a bug in NTR path, so you have to turn NTR temporarily disabled, stop thomas from blackmailing kate, then have a conversation with kate in her room. after that you can turn the NTR enabled again.
I don't know if this is a bug or not. When you try to be the one who have sex with Elisabeth without go through guard's selection or something, this bug happen. After the bath - you does not get call for anything. If you let the clock run down to 3 am, the whole house just go on alert.
Also currently on 6.1.6, it seems that all the guys while in the selection for Elisabeth night sex does not visible.

Fishing hasn't been implemented in the game but once you reach the goblin village, you can ask one of the goblins for a fish, once per day. I don't remember where exactly (think he was near the lake) but he won't be hard to find.

Did you mean that, or is it a typo?
If you meant it, without a guard being selected, the scene won't happen, you can't just sneak up there and pretend you were selected. Nor does a selection of a different guard happen without you witnessing the process.

Yes I weren't more specific. I mean that when the MC weren't there when the guard selecting someone to have sex with Elisabeth - he can still sneak up, knock out the one who got selected and take his place right ?
If so then in this case, when it's pass 11:59 PM the issue I mentioned happen.

I think that scene can only happen once, I don't think it is repeatable. Elisabeth's repeatable scenes are only at another location, if you don't know where, just keep playing main and side quests, you'll figure it out.

Pregnancy is pretty much end of major storyline update for that character, and i think the plan is for almost all of the LIs being able to get pregnant and have scenes.
