Playing the devil's advocate In my experience, I've never had a problem with Wulf"s Cheat-book Mod in any of my
playthroughs in combination with in-build cheat system ( that hasn't received an update for many game updates).
Even Chyos himself one time praised the quality of Wulf's works and offered advice to prevent broken games files.
But this was 2017 and many things change in the game since then.Maybe...

Assassins Creed Valhalla has a nude mod, works perfectly in all aspects of the game. No problem in the various mods of gameplay.
Except in the Dawn of Ragnorak DLC. If you use the nude mod, there is no use of Sýnin (your raven in the sky), you can't get full Hugr-Rip (a mana pool of a new powers mechanic) which makes you have to brute power some missions until you can cheat and glitch (you have to do both) your way into full Hugr-Rip. But ultimately the game breaks when you can't complete Cold Embers because only one piece of three need pieces of keys show up.
It makes absolute no sense that the nude mod would break the DLC in those three unique areas, but it does. No sense that you don't have use of your Raven. No sense that you can only get to .99 of a Hugr-Rip when you need 1.00 to use it. No sense that keys aren't on two dead foes bodies after you defeat them.
Without mod it's fine, add the mod, you will get softlocked out of finishing the Cold Embers quest. Remove it, it's fine.

I cheat like the dickens, so I am not being a stick in the mud in that regard.
I still play AC Valhalla with the nude mod until I am ready to go to Svartalfheim then I remove it, until I am done with that section on the game.
But I also don't think people should be funneled towards mods, let them seek them out. Cheats don't alter the games code.
Mods do. The mod in question supposed works for all RPGM games, that in itself is an issue. No two RPGM games have the exact same mechanics, yet supposedly this mod can exploit any conceivable mechanic?
When Chyos updates ASWS he knows to look for how alterations to old code effects new code and situations. This mod is independent of that. You are modifying the code in your save, that Chyos has no clue that you modified, there is absolutely no guarantee that code you change in your save today, while work with the game Chyos updates a month from now, let alone years from now.
Further it doesn't take all that long to use a save editor, and there you are not modifying the game / saves code, you are modifying some variables, but not how the game runs.
I once loaded some one else's save of Peasant's Quest and the MC moved around so fast I struggled to control his movements, my copy of PQ wasn't modded but the save itself had been altered to such a degree I couldn't play it without the mod. So I had to abandon trying to help the person with their quest problem.

Sure using a mod is faster then save editing, but you can usually reverse mistakes in save editing, mod ish is permanent. Because of that alone, I can recommend folks save edit. But won't tell people they should try mods, I mostly only hear of people mention mods when there saves are broken.
