To trigger the 3some with Kate and Claire you need to progress Kate's storyline to the point where the MC talks to Kate about going to Kirlic while in her bedroom. Claire will interrupt to join the conversation.

After this scene, when you have sex with Kate, Claire will watch and then confront the 2 of you.

To get anal sex with Kate, the MC has to make a new sexy dress for Kate and then give it to her.

OK, I get it. I've played for 100 hours and never triggered Kate's quest. I just triggered it when I was drinking with Rick.

This scene also requires a person corruption (+3 I think) which means you have to have a 58 or higher in the upper right.

Awhile back there was someone that had done all the quest stuff to trigger the scene, but it wouldn't trigger. I played the save a bit before I stumbled on the MC corruption thing. Before that I didn't know of any hidden MC corruption gates, just the stated play with Kate's butt in the bar, and to taint the holy water.

I didn't do steps 4-2) and 4-3). And skipped steps after 8).
I got it to run without them
