I can definitely see how the player base of players who send her to Giron, don't have her take the potion and try to trigger the Yasmine threesome would be rather small. So it makes sense to me that there would be glitches in that system.
Like in walkthrough there is no mention of potion only think is if giron abuse or molest her liandra she will get angry with mc for one week and then threesome might happen
It doesn't specify it as being a necessity to unlocking Yasmine and Liandra threesome, but canonically it does make some sense, being "transformed" by a potion from Giron is a physical connection between the two women.

I'm asking because I restarted the game from scratch yesterday. And I played trying to make his first time with Mira.
But when the two finally have sex, the MC says something like, "I wish you'd been the first," and she says, "I know you've been with others, but I'm glad my first time was with you." Should I assume the MC has already had sex before we start playing? Because during the tutorial, I didn't do anything with the witch Gwen. In fact, I remember that if you have sex with Gwen, she makes it clear that she's somehow happy to have taken his virginity. And I didn't want the first time to be with an old witcheven though I know she's under some sort of curse too. But I wanted Mira to be the first.
Anyway, after the prologue, apart from a HJ and BJ from Emily, nothing else. The only sexual act (vaginal penetration) was with Mira. So now I'm wondering if HJ and BJ in the game count as having sex for the first time? But I don't think so, that would be stupid. So I was wondering, can anyone tell me if there's a way to see who the MC had sex with for the first time?

I think it's more to do with mira being too vanilla, been a while since I've been on the discord but from my last time there I remember multiple people calling her boring.
From what I remember, you need it if you want to go for that specific werewolf scene, otherwise it's useless since the dev had to abandon that line of content due to patreon.

As others mention, camp path doesn't require transformation for the threesome. In Giron's path, Yasmine feels guilty for not confronting Giron and letting him do to Liandra what he did to her, that's the reason she goes to Liandra's room and end up catching us having sex; so I agree that from a narrative perspective it make way more sense the transformation being a requirement in this path but... I'm not completely sure if Chyos thought about this in particular, so as you said it's probably a glitch or something.
