For those seeking to edit their saves for the sewing requirement.
Items (max cap is 99):
Bear Fang = Item66
Troll Bone = Item179
Thick Hide = Item181
Variables (max cap is 255):
Sewing = Variable192 (current in-game achievable cap is 45, recommended cap is 29 + 1 in-game craft to reach 30, in case it triggers something in-game)
Recommended Approach: Edit items only and craft the orc armors in-game.
Which one did I do? Neither, I was at 25 Sewing and already had enough material, I was able to level it to 45 in-game without having to edit my main save. But using a backup save, I still went and edited it, increase the materials amounts and tested if it breaks anything in-game, it didn't. Do it at your own risk though. Hope this helps.

Can someone help me? The item disappeared while I was leveling up to 30 and now I can't continue the quest.

That menu only shows you things you have the ability to craft. You currently do not have the ability to repair the saddle. Once you get level 30 sewing it will be there.

That doesn't accidentally happen, you have to have the switch on, then choose the inputs that make it happen. It's like typing 2 plus 2 into a calculator then being upset when the display shows 4 after you hit the equals button.fuck this bastard took my girl..

i think you got it in wrong way, it's just funny to me that's it(thus the emojis), i mean the good thing dev did is giving the option in colors so red means NTR in almost 99% scenarios, so i just did that little run. I deliberately didn't fucked tia for 4-5 days straight for Dwain (forgot the guy's name) to progress, but it just seems funny that i have max C & A for tia but, then this happen, but out of the party scene everything is normal, but i get it that might seem a bit aggressive the way i wrote it, i always make separate saves with specific naming before taking any major decision, so i have saves for half the game(NTR route).

That's my point, you deliberately made this happen. Being shocked by what you set out to do is weird.
Max affection doesn't stop NTR from happening, completely unrelated. Putting the inputs to make NTR happen is all that counts, you put in the inputs.

Is there a some sort of requirement (like, completing some quest) to get girls pregnant? There are 'impregnation request' phrases during sex scenes with Tia and Katherine, but no consequences.

File1 in your folder is your autosave, File2 in your folder is File 1 in game. So you did give me your File 40 in game.
I loaded it, and went to your house's craft table. Not sure why you don't see it, did you not scroll down?
