They should be in the same building all day most days. The only time they aren't being when Bjorn goes outside to prepare to go to Kirlic. But I think he only does that once or twice a week.
Most days Bjorn goes downstairs from his room at 6:00 am and stays there until noon (I think) unless you talk to him, which makes him go upstairs to his room. You do this to get access to Carmen alone. But in your case you don't want that, so don't talk to him, that will keep him downstairs.
At 9:00 am Claire will come out of her room out to the balcony. Go finger her, stop, then take her to Bjorn's room.

I did have a playthrough where Bjorn was just staying in his room instead of going downstairs at 6:00 am. But once I brought Claire to his room a second time he stopped and his schedule reverted to it's regular one.

It's possible your Bjorn is outside waiting to take you to Kirlic, which you may have to take care of that before you can go back to the Old Boar and complete Bjorn's obsession. This part of the games progression isn't even finished being updated yet, there is no walkthrough, so you may just have to experiment. If your Bjorn is outside everyday, you have to figure out how to get him back inside, which likely means you have to go to Kirlic.

I have a semi-completed save with all affection and corruption maxed. It was really tedious doing this without the cheatbook because a lot scenes overlap and you can only do one a day or things like that.
A few notes: Bridget and Heather can have corruption equal to their affection (iirc) but I usually play the "pure" Church path. Lainah (Umah) can still have more corruption but I'm still working on that, it's just a pain in the ass but at least she's the last one. I think I saw Emily going into 40 something aff/cor if you marry her but maybe I mixing things up; I never marry her so I'm not sure. There are a few girls that don't have "matching" number but they are still maxed (example: Hiba, Ayita, Pia). All of them, except Natasha and Agatha, are in love routes.

It's in the walkthrough, Kate's section. Curious that you got Bjorn's Obsession without Claire being there first. It's a process. Complete all of Kate's quests, build the wagon.
If Kate and Claire have never been to the Old Boar, refer to the walkthrough.
If you just need to get them back, click on the wagon in Penny's barn in Arenfield.
I may need to look at your save, but I don't see a reason to yet.

MMF threesomes don't bother me. So I always complete the quest with Bjorn to sneak into Kirlic, then I strike up the favors deal with Carmen after helping her find zombie Finn.
But it's still currently moot, since Kate and Claire isn't implemented and MC can get I to Kirlic without Kate and Claire going to the Old Boar.

It isn't in the walkthrough yet, and there isn't one, won't be included until v0.6.2.0 is released. People aren't answering this question for a reason.
Plus there is various routes. Earlier today you wanted the entire walkthrough. Now you are just asking about Tia. Which means earlier today you wanted people to waste their time typing up a bunch of information you don't even need. That is rude.
Just follow Katherin or Tia around until you accomplish each task. If it says "talk to Katherin" then talk to her, if that isn't the right time, just keep skipping hours, one hour at a time until you find the right time.
You are wanting other to put more effort into your game, then you are putting into it yourself. Use the search function of this forum to find tips, experiment within your game. You have been a member here for six and a half years, have you not learned how to search?

Asking four times in one 24 hour period isn't chill it's hella rude. I and others ignored the first three for a reason. I only spoke up after the fourth time it was asked in one day. Sure you only asked the first and fourth time, but still that was too many, sure seemed like you would keep asking until you were addressed. Twice on the last page, twice on this page.
With it being the exact same first three words in all four, all misspelling her name, neither profiles capitalize the first letter in her name, and both profiles abbreviated "please" to "pls" makes me think all four times were the same person, just different profiles. That's pretty sus. It's weird that you are liking your aliases comments...
But even if it is two people (it's not) both of the profiles have been here for years, one seven, the other eight, both asked twice in one day. You should know better.
It's spelled "Katherin" btw, that may help your searching.
