Although in this case I disagree with immersion breaking idea, I do generally feel a disconnect with the chosen RL images in most RL porn games. In this game I do think a lot of time and effort went into picking the media to represent what the DEV was seeing as he wrote the story. So then I ask myself, if he is willing to take THAT time and effort to bring his vision to us, why did he choose RL. I can't be sure, ofc, but I would wager skill sets have an impact. I can play a flute like the second coming of Pan. But I can not write sheet music. Perhaps the DEV doesn't have the artistic gene to hand draw the animations in a fantasy world, with fantasy characters. Or would you prefer he used AI to create his scenes? Perhaps Daz or one of the Illusion engines for the rendering? Ofc each of these has their own problems, needs their own skill sets, and are generally just as disliked but certain people as the Rl is to you. So the question becomes, "How do you see the DEV solving the issue you have?". Telling him, and us, that 'it is bad' is ridiculous without some, or any, feedback on how it could be improved. And no, "Just don't use RL porn." is not a feedback. Anymore than, for instance, if the Dev did get someone to hand draw new art and animations for the Succubus and someone got one and said, "Well that tail she has isn't a real succubus tail and is immersion breaking." What is a better tail? So, if RL porn is wrong for this game, what is better? Why is it better? And, perhaps most important, is it even a possibility for an independent Dev who can only work on the game as their RL allows?

Some good points that apply to most, if not all games.
Just for the sake of sating the curiosity of potential readers, I will answer some of your (somewhat hypothetical) questions.
I have no skill in making animations or art, either on my own or using some engine. That limits me to either learn the skills required, which would take a lot of time, or to use Real porn. And as you said, the time I can spend on working on the game is limited, no matter the choice of media.
For me, the game is a "Random porn viewer" as much as an actual game. Unless the art/animations are extremely good or fit the setting perfectly, I tend to prefer Real porn over other media in H-games.
Also, since the gameplay/game loop in this game is very repetitive, I think a high degree of variety of media is better than a single image/animation for each skill/event/passage/whatever, even if that image/animation happens to fit the situation perfectly.

these hints should be somewhere in the game. it is a big mistake to not add them. also i personally dont like that i see more screens with norris (shouldn't the genre "gay bdsm" be mentioned because of these animations? jk) and text in battle than screens with animations.

wheres the end of this version? im at 13/15 quests, tavern is under development and i cant find anything new to do. Magnus ignores me in the brothel after teaching me 1 new technique

Ok some things...
The stance section is somewhat unclear. One is yours the other one is what? your opponents you try to do as an action?

Think option.... really should be in the menu.
Walking on the beach seems to do nothing.
rewards for some actions are low where others are higher. eg swimming and yoga/running vary a lot.
also when in the brothel how to titfuck when you have a small chest. Kinda weird request.
also handjob doesn't seem to be a mastery skill neither is kissing for that matter.

Also considering the PC still has humanity in her she is perfectly fine with making woodcutters the deadliest normal profession in the game. Make those thieves or something jeez.

Lastly I would say more quests and character development story to make progression more fun and less grindy. (I'm more for the story than the game mechanics really)

Also maybe for the bar job let the PC decide to eithertake a chance on more public or more private option as a choice. wherePC stats come more into play wether guards see her actions or not.

I also didn't find how to start the stealth quest. Does it require a new game ?
