so is it confirmed that the virus thing was a false flag? because i never got any warning for downloading it or running it at all

Don't use the unlock gallery feature...it literally tells you it will break the game and for some memories it actually breaks them and the game is stuck, also there's loads more of scenes on the beach but when you unlock gallery mode no one on the beach can actually be talked to, to trigger the scenes. NPCs just standing there, where scenes should happen.
