There are even more missing audio files. but what you do, is copy the errored file name

whats after the "/"

That's cuz of encoding. I repacked the game and reuploaded. My system always in japanese, so I haven't troubles with jpn games at all.
And there're only 4 SE audio files titled in jpn.

I would have written that the encoding is Japanese, then I would have indicated the encoding in Bandizip when unpacking
