hi to the developer of this wonderful game and other friends I'm stuck here , "follow john" box is grayed out, in the past, I collected negative points in two events that were related to John-Jessa's score, so that it turns gray and Nicole has sex with John, but It is gray again

Why not? What you were like in the past has shaped who you are today. If you smart, loyal and honest today then chances are you were at least smart and loyal in the past. It's weird how Nicole's points from the future affect her choice options from the past, doesn't really make sense.
Because the points we're talking about in this case chiefly concern her fidelity in relationships which is moot in the past; she's single. Relationship fidelity isn't universalizable, it's contextual. Why not? What you were like in the past has shaped who you are today. The points are basically the traits of her that we have selected and that should hold true in the past, present, and future.
I sort of agree with you, but let me add to it a little bit.Because the points we're talking about in this case chiefly concern her fidelity in relationships which is moot in the past; she's single. Relationship fidelity isn't universalizable, it's contextual.
Yet this goes further and inverts that - her behavior as someone in a relationship affects her options when single? How bonkers is that?
True but if we view it like that, then options like cheating in her relationship would be dependent on both a high sex drive and a low love value; which is perhaps what you're mentioning with a mixed points setup.I sort of agree with you, but let me add to it a little bit.
It sort of depend on how you view love and lust points, For instance:
If Nicole takes the love path, it indicates that she loves her husband; however, if she takes a different path, it doesn't mean she
doesn't love her husband; rather, it simply indicates that she lacks self-control and her sex drive, lust or libido is high which has nothing to do with being in a relationship, it's who she is and that'd hold true regardless of her relationship status.
But I understand your point as it can be contradictory because if she only has love points that's out of the love and respect for her husband and is only applicable when she is in relationship but if she has more lust or a mix of love/lust points that's a different story.
Game is already out of top two tiers.Any news
We have had "real porn games" for about 10 years now, name me a single one that had legal problems at any point of its development.HMTL, Hotlinks and images are obviously water-marked.
Smells like exploiting ad revenues & advertising the sites (even before the more nefarious things it could also do) - worse, a lot of that looks like generic American studio pr0n, so the sites themselves might just have bought the licenses rather than producing it (and taking a quick gander at who owns them, hmm). Edit: the use of imgur is just nonsensical here though. I presumed they were direct hotlinks to trigger ad revenue statistics, using imgur is just plain 'wtf?!' territory.
- Goes back to actual games with art in, pr0nhub is free y'know.
Didn't notice this: as the developer, can I ask why you're keeping the water-marks on the images you're using? You're apparently not advertising fishing (this is a thing, it really is) and presumably you've not paid to license them, so kinda wondering why you'd leave them water-marked. A lot of the actors in the shots are well known and don't use exclusivity deals, so it's not as if no-one is going to recognise them.
TL;DR
Game is apparently actually a hobby-craft; way it's designed resembles some really dodgy techniques used by the more scummy parts of pr0n media[1]. Developer might want to distance themselves from that look. So... good luck, I think (?).
[1] If you're a hobbyist, it's far far better for your long term Legal angle to remove any.... suggestion that you have a connection to this type of thing. No license paid? Then nuke all the water-marks, strip the meta-data, VPN to imgur and so on. Your future Legal team might thank you, if the worst came to the worst. And yes, a lot of those type of sites fall under RICO or the local equivalent, which is 100% a way for a prosecution to 'fluff up' a case. Oh, and the words "DMCA" should be in your orbit, as you've basically given them an easy target via your methodology:You must be registered to see the links.
Oh, and before you come in here and post "but Imgur strips all the meta-data automatically", yeah, no: it strips the image that is available of all meta-data. Hint: it is required to read said data before stripping, and you cannot be sure (lol, dude, you're the product) that a snap-shot isn't taken before said stripping occurs. There's like a couple of USA Federal Laws requiring it before we get into spook country.
