Her route is complete afaik. Last time I played it was ~2 updates before it was complete, so I don’t know whether there is any missing stuff at the end. Still, much more content than you have seen.
After the route, there is at least one extra scene of her wrapping herself as a present for the MC. There are also movie dates partially implemented, but those still lack dream sequences after the date and are also buggy, I think.
Slight warning, if you hate jealously/Yandere tendencies, you may hate this route as well. She mellows out afterwards, but in the middle she goes nuts.
Also, there is probably still a bug in the hint system. If it tells you to "go to the alleyway", that’s the wrong hint unless you are currently at a party.
So, I'm replaying the whole 0.41b from the very beginning and...
- The Dude (Geeseki) made the gifts useless. You still can buy them at the mall, but they're useless: Jane/Sis refuses them - lollipops and socks - and after that you can't give them anymore. There is no more "give her gifts" option with Hitomi.
Still don't know with Mom, Lashley and Allaway.
- As you already know, there no more porn magazines at Hendai's. You literally can't do anything with Hitomi at Hendai's anymore.
A Town Uncovered regularly introduces new, often game breaking, bugs. I’ll try to add new reports to the list, but I have no plans of going back through the thread to add old stuff unless someone specifically points it out.
Geeseki/the coder often wait a few versions to fix bugs. Even if I just list an old version number for a bug, it may very well persist still. Edit: The last few updates, a dev has been asking for bugs, and then fixing bugs in between version. The situation has therefore significantly improved.

v0.47a: If you research lock pickiing before Jane asks you to pick a lock, this will break her quest line. Reported here.
v0.46+ 0.47a: New-ish main story content is severely bugged and pretty much inaccessible. The sex world cannot be explored, instead booting you right into the normal world. The next story event (at home in the evening) cannot be triggered. Manually skipping ahead a few chapters lets some content be triggered.
v0.45a: End of main story bug: If Jane gets kidnapped, the "Let Edward know you’re ready" task appears, but cannot be triggered. Workaround: Skip one step ahead on the computer, then trigger the next scene by going to the park.
v0.44a: Grundle Sam takes $40 from your pocket despite claiming the totem is free. Post.
General Tips:
There is a "timetravel.exe" button if you use the computer in the bedroom. This can be used to skip over broken transitions between story chapters.
The same function also tells you at which chapter of a route you are. This may be useful when asking for help.
The hint system is often imprecise, misleading, or outright wrong. Walking roughly in the area the hint indicates at different times and days usually triggers the next step at some point.
If a hint "on a weekday", it might only trigger on a specific day of the week. If it says "go to class", it might trigger at school but not in the classroom.
The Gallery is Incomplete(and sometimes broken)
The gallery is extremely out of date, and I’m not sure if all the scenes properly unlock either.
Several users have reported that the route to unlocking the gallery was broken. (Should work by talking to Edward repeatedly and buying the VR-headset. Details in guide.)
I have caved. Feel free to point me at any relevant broken content I should include. I’m also considering adding all the "floating" h-scenes Patreon voted on to this list. Given how poorly the fit into the game for the most part, those could be considered broken.

The Proofreading Minigame is known to break your save files in v0.39, v0.40, v0.41. The office minigames happen in the main story after being introduced to the new job at the office.
Current Solution: Intentionally fail the Proofreading Minigame.
I failed proofreading minigame. Anyway, I come across a HUGE crashing bug: 3rd time you go to the office on wednesday --> DON'T do "copy machine", but do "coffee run". If you do "copy machine", the game will crash before you talk with the pointless coloured chick (I don't remember her pointless name). Same with 4th time the day after.
More bugs:
- the threesome Allaway-Effie-MC scene is broken, since the Genius decided to trigger it the same way as the MC-Jane-Effie (on saturday morning). It starts as MC-Effie-Jane and it ends as MC-Allaway-Effie. Golden!!
- first Allaway bj scene in the car is missing in the gallery - save and keep it before it starts!
- last Jane sex scene (in her room) is missing in the gallery - save and keep it before it starts!
- every Mom&Sis and Lashley scene is missing in the gallery - save and keep them before it starts!
I haven't finished main and Lashley routes. Man, the main route after he comes back from Sexworld is pure crap.
There still are some unfinished CG sketches in the main and Mom&Sis routes. Man.

Regarding the gallery, that’s a good point. I used to ignore it beyond a warning that it’s woefully incomplete. In the new post, more details might be appropriate.
Already mentioned the unfinished sketches in the Mom&Sis route.
Her route is the main route, in fact. You will see by playing main route's second half (if you are brave enough to endure the annoyingly pointlessly boring and long dialogues): she plays a major role in it.
At the café on saturday afternoon ----> ask Effie, then wait for them at Effie's house.

I remember that there was a sex scene in the church (it was in-progress sketches, to tell the truth) with Lashley in her route (before or after Zariah's party, I don't remember), but it has been removed. Now her route feels too short.
Funny bug: after you finish Lashley's route (a very disappointing and quite short route, anyway), the first time you go to her office you'll see that you can ask her for a movie date ---> if you choose it you'll trigger Allaway's movie date!! Next time the "movie date" will disappear: there is no Lashley movie date, after all
Funny fact: I thought Lashley was her surname, but I guess it's her first name (judging by Eloise's words)
Very disappointing fact: there are no sex scenes - nothing at all - in the main route after MC comes back from Sexworld.
Welp started this game a few weeks back, decided to pick it up again today where i left off and apparently I have the proof reading bug. I can't be bothered to replay that much of the game. Based on comments it has been a known issue for awhile and so the game is going on "don't bother" list which is a shame. Maybe I'll revisit if it gets a completed tag.

"Completed" statuses on these games is not a profitable status to have. Much better to trickle out a little content every few months and keep patreons, too lazy to unsub or too rich to care, on the hook.

. For those hoping for new Hitomi art… there’s 3 mildly erotic pics, 3 suggestive pics of the MC, and 1 pic of her with 6 different facial expressions. At least that’s what I’ve found so far.
7 unique pics after 2 months. Most of pretty much half pics which are mostly blank canvas with minimal details. I’ve attached one of them so you can behold two weeks worth of art progress. I have counted a total of nine (9) lines. About one line per day, another day to fill the inside with colour and 4 days of well-deserved rest, I suppose.
(Obviously exaggerating here, this is the picture with the least detail, though not by far. You get the point I’m trying to make, though.)
