I wouldn't really say this game is realistic in any way whatsoever. Many of the "real problems" are created by situations that could be described as extremely fantastical (and that's ok, because this is pornography at the end of the day) and some of the personalities of the characters are so downright ridiculous that you only find in comic books. But considering how this entire game is still very grounded on cartoon logic, it works.
But Geesike is trying, I can tell. And I can appreciate that.
