Checked out the dev log again. There’s another week of development left before the release, but I’m fairly sure that will be just completing the three Patreon scenes and maybe the one remaining Geeseki task and the last Wabeesabi task.
The three Patreon scenes are:
+Mating Press Missus in Bedroom at Night
+Plowing Janae from the back over some boxes in the backroom of the Retail Store
+Hazel in the backroom of the Adult Store in Cowgirl Position
Aside from that, it’s mostly asset and sprite related tasks for the Hitomi route. Basically, all the stuff from the last update is being completed, afaik. Based on the overview, this means 20% of the Hitomi route should be done, theoretically.
Only 4 more development circles of 4 month each until the Hitomi route is done… so about 3 years given that Geeseki is switching between main story and side story regularly… Given that there are several more side routes planned, the game will be completed in 5-10 years.
The "coffee-machine-copy-machine-is-bugged" bug was marked as fixed. Probably just means it is now a different bug, but who knows?
The most recent bits of the main story (office warehouse and forest safehouse) got a few more assets completed.

-Sister and Lashley dream sequences after going to the movies with them

Guys, I have some problems. The game just shutdown when I try to enter the Comic Store and when I try to talk with Jacob at University, so I can't go further. Any solution?

Honestly, I consider the game complete since he completed Mom and Sis routes. His original plan back in the days - that's what he wrote on Patreon 5 years ago - was: Main Story quest; side quests: Mom, Sis, 2 more girls (Allaway & Lashley).
He finished Mom, Sis and Allaway... 4 years ago, if I remember well.

That's the hard truth, and at the pace of development since then, we can't expect any notable improvements in existing content in any reasonable timeframe. Bleh.

That's the whole point:
1. he didn't finish any route in the last 4 years;
2. everything he did in the last 4 years except Lashley route, mom&sis and main route is pointless;
3. the main story, is pointless, in fact - honestly, I've always thought that the real main story are mom and sis side stories;
4. he never fixed any major gamebreaking bug.
5. Violet, Hitomi, Alana still have almost no content after 5 years - in the meantime he kept adding new pointless characters. Why? did we really need Grundle Sam, Luna and the chicks in the toilets, for instance?
That's why I think the game is de facto complete.
Except the routes you list in the second point, of course. Not sure if I’d call the MomxSis route a full route, but the Lashley route was completed less than a year ago.
Mostly agreed. Geeseki has been avoiding the main draw of the main story (it being a sex world) to the point of absurdity. Even the latest main story content, which finally showed sex world characters again after 4+ years, has them fully hidden in full-body cloaks and doing nothing sexual whatsoever.
Technically incorrect. Some bugs have been fixed. Just not any major ones in the last 1-2 years. Geeseki also tends to introduce new bugs with every bug fix, so it’s very much pointless.
The Threegans are a straight copy from Summertime Saga. Same with the cultists mysteriously walking across the screen in the latest update.
That said, I enjoy there being a ton of characters in the game, even if they don’t do much. It makes the world feel more real and more alive. One of the things I quite dislike in most games is if there seem to exist only a dozen people in the entire world, if that.
I’d differentiate between characters who fill the world and characters who are meant to be love interests, though. I enjoy the Threegans being there, but I don’t enjoy the game teasing a route with the MC for years on end without any follow-up. I enjoy there being a policewoman who can be an active participant in some scenes, even if there is no further content with her. However, if you show the beginning of a route, then you should also follow through at some point.

Aren't some Lashley route CGs still missing? I wouldn't call a route with Geeseki's "sketches" as fillers complete.
The game started at the end of 2016 as a Summertime Saga copycat, in fact. It really was.

Despite the obvious inspiration, IMHO GeeSeki's dialog and characters are much better written when compared to Summertime Saga. Summertime Saga's characters feel flat and offensive. Where GeeSeki's characters feel warmer, more complex and less predictable dialog-wise.
As of recent, GeeSeki has had a bad habit of being overly wordy (thinking of internship/work and the hideout conversations)... but when it come to dialog, his characters are really enjoyable to read.
About the only thing Summertime Saga has over ATU is the amount of content, less bugs, and a completed story.

Well, I found SS funny and humorous at the very beginning (till MC's best friend & his mom's update), then the Author left the dialogues and the script to somebody else... and it went totally south. So, I guess I have to agree with you.
He had this habit for quite a few years, in my opinion. Since he started dragging the updates (since 2018 I guess).
Dec 2018 was when the writer was added to the team, so that timeline checks out.
Writers are still often paid by the word-count, which may lead to some very bad habits. Even if Geeseki doesn’t pay by the word, those habits may carry over.
My guess on the final dev log activity was almost correct, btw. Geeseki quickly completed the three h-scenes and Wabeesabi their own last task. One Geeseki task remains unfinished and will either be done next time, or join the growing pile of long-term unfinished work.

How much scenes with Principal Lashley currently in the game? I saw: her route scenes up to femdom riding MC, 2 scenes in her office, sunscreen lotion scene. I have a feeling that I missed something. Does the developer announce new scenes with her in the future?

Her route is complete afaik. Last time I played it was ~2 updates before it was complete, so I don’t know whether there is any missing stuff at the end. Still, much more content than you have seen.
After the route, there is at least one extra scene of her wrapping herself as a present for the MC. There are also movie dates partially implemented, but those still lack dream sequences after the date and are also buggy, I think.
Slight warning, if you hate jealously/Yandere tendencies, you may hate this route as well. She mellows out afterwards, but in the middle she goes nuts.
Also, there is probably still a bug in the hint system. If it tells you to "go to the alleyway", that’s the wrong hint unless you are currently at a party.
New update (0.42) just dropped yesterday. Will post an update request for it shortly.

So, I'm replaying the whole 0.41b from the very beginning and...
- The Dude (Geeseki) made the gifts useless. You still can buy them at the mall, but they're useless: Jane/Sis refuses them - lollipops and socks - and after that you can't give them anymore. There is no more "give her gifts" option with Hitomi.
Still don't know with Mom, Lashley and Allaway.
- As you already know, there no more porn magazines at Hendai's. You literally can't do anything with Hitomi at Hendai's anymore.
The Dude never ceases to disappoint.
