with current update a walkthrough ain't really needed since when the objective "find your mom" pops you go to the park to find her get a bj then i think the bj in bed is either a one off or random after the cinema or watching tv with her im not sure

After the scene when mom gives BJ in the park at night i cant go sleep ....well this game isstill buggy

That's... actually a pretty smart solution to the saves-don't-carry-over issue. I hope more games take that cue. I normally wait a couple of months before revisiting a game's updates, so I don't mind playing through most of the content again, but it's nice to have an alternative.

I can't visit the hospital either in the real or sex world. Also, is there a sex scene with the nurse during her examination? How do you make it happen?

BUG1:
After Meet mom in the living room at night the 2nd time, at same night got a text from Effie ask you to meet at park. no matter what i choose i stuck at midnight with no nav map. if i avoid the mom scene, it works fine

Bug2:
lifeguard yell at you in sex world too even the beach is empty
