" I'm not a patron so i cant see this post, But knowing geeseki i bet the post will be letting everyone know how unfinished the update is and that he 'had to focus on h scenes' so some scenes wont have mouth movements

Hi, before I drop the Alpha 0.24 release for the $10+ Patrons, I would like to make a note or just explain what you can expect from this release. I wouldn't normally make this but I want to be as transparent with you as possible so that you won't get a shock.
TL;DR - There are quite a bunch of new stuff and new scenes but there are also a lot of new scenes with either temporary art or no art, just descriptive narration, and some scenes with no sprites. This is due to having a writer, a programmer, but no secondary artist to help produce the mass amount of stuff the others are pumping out.
It has been about 4 months since the release of Alpha 0.23 and A Team Uncovered, consisting of Roberto (writer), Epadder (programmer), and I have checked many things off the list of things that we wanted to get done.
We finished many scenes that weren't complete but we also wrote and coded in scenes that's assets are yet to be done. Not only that but we refined many things, and added some new stuff in the mix.
4 months is quite a long wait and although we could have kept going and held off the release until it was ready-ready. I decided to put a checkpoint to this version to show the amount of progress that's been and being made.
The main story is what we were focusing on, as well as the rest of Jane's story. The main story is a challenge to write. It is quite the bitch to write if I'm being honest. But we decided it's best for the project if we are able to put a bow on the main story and get it out of the way. It'd be best to try and complete all open-ended story lines before opening up new ones for many many reasons.
It was during the revising stage of the main story that I realised that there's a lot of down time when it comes to sex scenes in the main story, which is why I've only recently introduced the fortnightly sex scene, to compensate for that.
Furthermore, it's only been in the past week that I've decided to scout for a new artist, one that can mimic the art style as close as possible. So far, we've gone through 13 artists, 3 have bailed, and only 1 has managed to get somewhat close but not perfect.
Apparently, it's a lot harder and a more of a convoluted style to mimic than what that they had anticipated, who knew? So because of that, we weren't able to put them to use for this version. Worry-less, I will pile them with loads of needing-to-be-done art assets for 0.25.
So, in conclusion, if you're one that wants to play this version, know that it's a lot of main story writing content, completing Jane's storyline, finishing off some scene assets, and a lot of temporary art until I get the new artist to take care of them for me.
Also, for 0.25, we plan on only have a 2 month gap in between this release and that release (Mid-October). It's an extension of our original 'every 4-6 week release but not too long where you start to wonder whether we're dead at month 3.
Some of you guys believe that it should be released when "it's ready" but it'll be a long-long way before it's ready and by then, we'll have 1 patron pledging $1 and that's not a viable means of working on this. You have the choice to play it or wait for a few more versions.

Oh man this update was ... damn what a dissapointment 4 months and barely there is anything to do, Geeseki was play around during this 4 months almost the entire update is in sketch on not done yet, i think when he get a second artist poor guy will hv to do everything.

He sure did write a lot of words though, like that's supposed to mean something.
Oh well, honestly I'm not surprised and while I normally would be disappointed I stopped having hope for this a while ago.
The writing infuriates me in such a fundamental level that it's the only thing I'm impressed with so far.
You gotta figure he'd have art for all this shite by now given how incredibly simplistic the "style" is, right?

Don't even get me started on that one, been more than 3 years and we're not even on 1.0 yet. At least each update adds a lot of h-scenes and character redos when nescessary.
Thank Satan I stopped giving this guy my money. 4 months and he couldn't have been bothered to finish up the art for the little work that he did.

Ok cool there are a lot of words added for the main story but come on i want a VISUAL novel not some words combined with black screens and sketches...what was promised for this version isn't there (scenes variations for the teacher and the sister), not enough new scenes. Yeah for 4 month of waiting it's bad, i was expecting more since the previous update gave us the whole Hallaway route.

Is anyone really surprised by this update? Its Geeseki we're talking about, the laziest game developer of all time. In the 4 months since the last update hes barely done any work. The only things in the update that was good was the amount of writing and the coding, and thats because he hires a writer and a coder! The only thing he does is the art and the only new drawings in the game were the h-scenes. With a simplistic style like his any half decent artist could do all the new art in a day max. I feel bad for the patrons

No that would be the devs from Library Story in terms of incompetency and laziness, but yes this update was fucking appalling. By the gods of blood and bone this is freaking inexcusable, it actually managed to well and truly piss me off. After four months something like this has no excuse.

So the only new scenes are teacher bj in the car, sis sex in her bedroom (which crashes the game if u select the "Next" option lol) and the dual bj from mom and sis in the living room (which i don't know how to trigger), that's it ? The main story continues but it's a hell of placeholders and black screens with a lot of words.
