At this point I'm pretty sure a good part of this thread is just trying to justify sunk cost fallacy. And for as shit as the art may be, which has some charm, the concepts are what elevate the game for me. Not many games that focus on the free sex fetish have been done before... or after, really.

The story is a lot better when their is some art, even if it is placeholder art. I stopped playing after the placeholder ran out, reading the script gets really boring without a visual. if i wanted a text based story i would play a text based story. but damn i really want to see the final art, at the rate this game updates its going to be like a year before we see the art.

I checked whether the scenes from v0.46 are accessible now. Nope, still bugged. After entering the sex world again, leaving your house on the "sacrifice yourself" route immediately throws you back into the normal world, and the next sex world scenes cannot trigger.

I didn’t bother checking the new content after that.

Reception is pretty mixed. There’s something like 12+ hours of gameplay, and many people like it. On the other hand, development stalled for like 4-5 years, with more and more broken code and "temp images" (or no images at all)- Basically, newcomers tend to like it, but then become frustrated with the lack of progress.

The last year has seen a lot of story progression for the first time in pretty much forever. However, the focus on that lead to worsening the other aspects, and now scenes are pretty much cut short in the name of progress. A porn game that skips porn scenes to save effort is very much meh in my opinion.

That statement is a trap card, I will now wait for people to recommend me games with that fetish.

I wish I had a good rec list. Pretty much every game like that I’ve tried died and/or was quickly disappointing.
