Yeah, some scenes you can get only by miracle it seems.
Has same problem and apparently, you need some level of corruption of course, make sure cheerleader underwear is skimpy, then maybe swim with her once, then after some unknown time, need to just talk to her (it was not highlighted or given any hint to it has new topic), she tells her swimsuit damaged, then turn it into bikini, then tease her while swimming, she suggest you need one too and now you can make one. Holy. Shit.
Besides that, amazing game, love it.

join candy in pool> play a game>give up and wait your turn. after that ''chat'' with candy> friendly chat> promise to fix it. just repeat after making candy's bikini tinier.

Damn, this game was already a chore a while ago but it gets even worse from update to update.
You need to completely revamp the whole progression system @ Mira. After that it will be 10/10 ...
