There's only a "cutdown daily outfit" available through normal game play.
There's a "minified_daily_outfit" which you can unlock on the Patron menu. Use the guide on where to find the secret password in the game files: https://f95zone.to/threads/a-very-full-house-v0-36-6-metamira.129381/post-14425851 (or you can look at the OP of this thread). As far as I can tell the outfit is for visual only, there's no checks for the "very revealing" clothing tag that would apply.
Just background flavor... (for now?)

You have to agree to buy that extra protein stuff or what it is supposed to be for the Jock during the grocery shopping on Saturday. Then on Tuesday night click on the MC's bed and "get ready for bed" (you need to have the Sheer Robe). After that go to the Jock's room and use the different options to help him burn of some energy.

TakkaTakka's answer is correct. One point is: If you only go straight to "slip his cock inside", then you don't get the "late_workout_distraction" corruption point.
You can get penetration sex during the massage with: Jock corruption level 6, mom corruption level 6 (or lvl 8 for no condom), jock arousal >= 80, mom arousal 100. Note that you need to choose the "Finish Up" path instead of "Tease Him" at the end of the massage session. There's a commented out branch and notes that suggest it could be a future branch under the "tease him" path, but at the moment it's not implemented.

To get the point you need to go to Jock's door and peek while he is helping Firebrand do her workout. (other requirements: firebrand needs to have at least corruption level 3, and needs to have her revealing outfit.)
