Reach said that there's going to be an percentage chance pregnancy mechanic but not anytime soon, also he said that there will be no birthing scenes and it will be off screen.

The game as it is you can see everything in under half an hour if you know what to do, In terms of new content in the most recent update it's the under slums (run into every npc in the dark abandoned shop area to get there), a new grab attack the horse enemies can do and some voicelines.

I'd just start over dude.
