I think this should be played like a "porn-plot" scenario and not as a visual novel where you immerse and impersonate yourself as the MC. Since the english and story is bad there's no sense to try to play this game in another way.
I just wish the dev would team up with a english writer or at least have a proofreader since even if its a "porn-plot" we want to understand what's going on.
