On my old system, usually between 5 and 10 mins. I used denoising and I only went around 200 iterations, believe it or not.
Any object not visible in the scene was hidden to preserve video memory as hidden objects (no need to delete them) are not loaded on the video card when you render.

electronic hardware usually dictates render times. with people having different computer setups, you'll get varying answers; usually the more they can produce in a day, the better hardware they have.
skill and experience also come into play, as there are several tricks to shorten render times by turning off a few features, depending on the display.
so asking for render times isn't gonna do you much good, unless you're doing graphics yourself.
