Apart from the clipping on the ring finger, I'm not seeing a problem. Personally I think he didn't use enough smoothing. That, or Dylan was being particularly grabby.

Its a weird thing to notice, but the micro-bellybutton throws me off...and the hands are not quite right on the breasts...the nipples go in the palm of the hand, usually, and are flush with the skin until the male starts to mess with nipples, then the fingers are usually closer together and flush with the skin over the nipples while the palm is alongside of the breast. An immediate way to improve this look is to un-bend the wrist away from the almost 90 degree bend. This would need a drop of the elbows a bit and bringing the torso's closer together.
How that is achieved is beyond me, but that is my 2 bits.
