Watching this picture I can't help but to think in a "step mother sin" sequence with Dylan.. great graph by the wat
First impression is that its dark. Second impression is that she is not wearing a shirt but has a design painted on, since shirts do not hug the breasts like that. Last one is that if you got a shirt to do that, or used pain, nipples would be obvious.
Aaaaand...the next frame is the nurses come running due to so many patients flat-lining at the same time.

You have an issue on the head surface, it's rendered color doesn't match the other body surfaces.
This is due to the custom makeup added which modified the transluancy color.
Edit the "Transluancy Color" map, and replace its transparent background with a white background (using "Layered image editor" or photoshop)
It would have been great a gang bang with all the sudents

Cheekbones are less sharp this time, which is good. Hips and breasts are nice. Face is paler than her neck though and the cheeks are a little drawn in, making her look a tad older than 38. Give the cheeks a little filler and your Sophia will be perfect.
