OK, really curious who is on the ceiling that they are looking at in final scene.

I find the best way to get rid of grain is with lighting. Flood the render with light, then increase the exposure setting to darken it to what you like. Takes a little trial and error to get the right exposure setting, but increasing it to 14 or 15 can work wonders

I didn't used denoiser with the last render that I posted as Alley_Cat has said that the best way to get rid of grain is with lighting.

Imo, you have a lot of game assets, so, how about to make small changes, like during second shower Ellie touches Sophia tits. This way you can recreate an L&P scene and we can "compare" your results with those of L&P.
