As an aside, Sam took the groin shot on Marcus in the subway scene, and Jack wants to add variety to the martial take down moves. Although it would be entertaining to see a big man like Bruno sing soprano.

In my case I would snap a foot into his kneecap followed by a throat punch. The options after this are fairly wide open. However, grab the locket and bolt is the goal. Guess I will need to load up Enter the Dragon to feel better.
I still think I have some adjustments to make to the young man's face...
