I've been in this amusement park for a little less than three years and I've learned a few tricks from this madhouse.
Try not to understand the DEV's mind.
Some of these are interns at some IT company and imagine that doing what they copy and paste here will provide them with RIVERS of MONEY!!!
They get frustrated very easily, everything offends them, they get hurt constantly.
They even cry in the corners.
When things don't go according to their expectations.
THEY ABANDON the game.
They put the game on HOLD and invent a creative narrative.
He was in a car accident.
Family tragedy.
He was disappointed in love.
Arrested!
In short, they have more creativity to invent excuses than to keep up with what they do. And do you know why?
Because in the "world outside the F95 bubble" these "kids" are like that too.

No, Part 5 doesn't combine stories. They are Separate stories although Dress Up & Morning After are related.

I wonder if any developer can just take the last scene and finish it? It's not like Pixil going to sue anyone... This master piece must be finished !
I'm pretty sure the Scene can be finished as well as the story But having his artwork and the render concept (where there's nearly a frame-by-frame breakdown of the critical scenes) would be hard to pull off, imo. Pixil knew where he needed to have those in the story so another person coming in, unless they've picked his brain to assess the timing of such renders, wouldn't be as successful pulling it off.
It's like Clancy doing a story and just stops 3/4 of the way. Someone else could make conclusions of where the rest of the story would go but without his input, one would miss the dramatic timing of certain scenes as well as conclude with an ending that's not necessarily the one Clancy would want. Writing stories is not like some sports, where a less seasoned veteran or rookie can come in and sub for the starter. It's a lot harder without having collaborated with the author from the beginning.
