No, only a partial. Pixil said in his Patreon that he was releasing the completed half of this update while he works on animations and other things for the last half.

Oof seems like more of the same one step forward two steps back. Hopefully he doesn't go silent again for the 3rd or 4th time again. Hoping for the best but honestly would not be at all surprised by the worst.
