As would all inquiring minds. One has to presume they have their own work they are doing and this may be the main deflection. However, if they were advertising their services as artists then the answer becomes more interesting. What were the requirements/restrictions and are the designed to cause concern.

Don't put false accusations on me. He said 3 months for development on 9th December which would reach 9th March. And then in the next message said 3 weeks of February will go in development. Which I will still say is not true. Then 2 days later on 11th December he said mid of February. If anything he is the one changing his estimates each and everyday as they start to seem unrealistic to him.

Perhaps this will help settle some of the acrimony building around the release date. While not entirely scientific these calculations did average out correctly for the v15 release.
Yes, there should be one before January 1 and another in the first week of the year.
