You haven't missed anything, the Walk-through isn't well worded (Dev is working in his second language so it happens sometimes)
The Walk-through means 'Dylan will ask his mom about posing with her hand on her butt'... 'Dylan will ask his mom about posing with her hand on her breast' - which she does do if you just follow the Dylan path normally.
