Yep, this is why game often feels a lot like a roadmap with strict binary decisions and gates. Don't know why relationship points are implemented as a system, if there are rarely degrees of freedom in checks (e.g. you miss one point with Dylan and this branch is suddenly sealed off). A "branching" narrative in this case feels much more like a twisted maze with one way to solve that you should know from a walkthrough.

I also am curious as to what exactly are Aiden's twelve tasks. When you have a beautiful, intelligent, accomplished & vibrant woman, who could have any man, or woman, she wanted, why would she pick her kids to have extra-marital sex with? WTF? I'd rather see coercion than incest any day. (On the other hand, if she is really their "landlady" that's a bit different). Sophia appears as a grown-up, or adult as I like to call her. Adults like adult sex, not pubescent fumbling.
If Bennett & Aiden weren't repulsive they wouldn't have the same impact. As for Dylan thanking her properly, he can buy her a bunch of flowers.

I do know that Aiden's 12 tasks will not be that exreme for Sophia
