I wrote this post not only for the fact that you watched the clip, but to say that AWAM is not enough passion, emotions. The game's potential is really huge, but L&P lacks a bit of writing experience or talent, I think.

The game lacks a little bit, but I don't know what to say about L&P. If English was his language, I would agree, but it is possible that he loses something with the translation.

Lust said that there were going to be 2 big steps forward in terms of Sophia's corruption, the first on day 13 and the second on day 16. I'm not sure if he actually stated what they were as that would be a pretty big spoiler and he doesn't seem to like doing major spoilers

I believe there is a 2nd side job on day 13, so that fits with my thinking/theory/prediction that the next update with homeschooling being a big step forward to Sophia finally going all-in with someone not named Liam.

I'll split a hair with you. You seem to feel that Sophia is at the beginning of the end phase, that she's close to going "all-in with someone not named Liam". Instead, I think she's at the end of the beginning. This is slightly different from you because I don't think she's thinking YET about cheating on Liam. I think as of the end of the jailhouse scene, she's just feeling a little frisky but hasn't crossed that line yet. I think as we finish playable day 12 in the next update, it will mark a delineation point where the corruption of Sophia begins to take hold. Prior to playable day 12, I don't think she showed too many signs of corruption; but by the end of playable day 12 the corruption is definitely beginning to show. In the coming days the idea of cheating on Liam is going to enter her mind, I predict by playable day 14 or 15. Once it does, that will mark the beginning of the end.

The "end" won't be playable day 19 when she finally cheats on Liam, it's going to be whenever the player has the choice to really double down on the corruption. I think L&P will give Sophia opportunities to redeem herself after she cheats. But whenever the player makes the choice to fully pursue the filthy path, that's when we can say "it's over".

Well for the most part you pretty much saying what I said, accept you think Sophia hasn't been corrupted yet, showing her boobs to anyone not named Liam is Sophia being corrupted, so she has already been corrupted and been corrupted quite a few times, she just hasn't gone all the way with someone not named Liam yet. I'm saying she is close to doing so and I think the homeschooling event is a big trigger event for that finally happening.

However, we do seem to agree that she is close to going much further. I also know why you call it the beginning of the end as you think when Sophia crosses that line it's the beginning of the end of AWAM. Remember a post in past, pretty sure it was you that said that.

With this picture I would just assume that the kids were enthusiastic about Sophia.
And that with their enthusiasm they gave Ava the security that they made the right
decision with Sophia. And that Sophia is amazed and happy about it. Not more.

Why should the boys blackmail Sophia? For sex that the boys have no idea about?
I don't think there will be any physical action between the boys and Sophia.
But we have a similar situation here as in prison. Sophia controls the situation, intellectually, emotionally and physically.
I also expect bare skin at this event. Sophia will enjoy it and at the same time be ashamed of it. Nevertheless she will continue she has an educational mandate!
And I think a masurbation scene awaits us. Not this time, but at the next homeschooling event.

You might be right, maybe there just hitting it off because Ava is happy her sons like Sophia, maybe there is a masturbation scene, which would still be a big scene that sends Sophia to the point she willing to go further with one of the many people in her life.

I think 2022 is shaping up to be a super interesting year in AWAM and if not, then I will be a little disappointed.

Yeah, it can't be Allyssa. As hot as she is, too many players have ended their relationship with her. It's going to be one of the other girls. Ellie would make the most sense, but I think the incest element will hold Sophia back for now. Patricia would have the same problem, but I don't think it bothers her as much with Patricia.

Sophia discovers her bisexuality now, and she much more open to girls. And she is more open with Ellie and Patricia. So everything moves much well and faster with Ellie than with Dylan. Ellie's storyline is now most worked out. But their events are rare, this is probably the only drawback.

Also you just made me realize, there may be a decent number of sex scenes down the line with optional if/or dialogue flags where Sophia says "Oh god, can't believe I'm officially cheating on my husband by having sex with [character]"
Sure there's ways to streamline the dialogue so Sophia isn't going into a full-blown monologue of what she's about to do - but I think a lot of us are looking forward to that moment of her not only doing the deed, but reflecting on what her life has come to.

I was (and still am) so much in agreement with you that I even suggested a possible scenario for your hypothesis.

The fact that L&P has firmly stated that Liam will not cheat on Sophia does not necessarily mean that she cannot suspect that he is cheating on her. To better explain I will refer to one of the most talked about cases of misunderstood pictures that, about 10 years ago, involved two famous football players: ​ As you can see not always (or almost never) "What you see is what you get" and if often, when you watch a movie, you can misunderstand the whole plot if you miss a scene or a dialogue, even more often you can misunderstand it if you only refer to its trailer. So imagine this hypothetical situation with me: Sophia decides to pay a surprise visit to Liam in his office (as she did on Day 3) and arrives at the reception of the Amadia building just as Mr. Harris (Liam's boss) is busy reprimanding Emily (who is being tutored by Liam) for her lack of commitment during her internship. Mr Harris is not only Emily's boss, he is also her father and, as such, wants the lesson to be clear, so what would be a simple reminder to anyone else becomes a real scolding for her. The situation transcends and Emily runs away in tears from Mr. Harris' office. Outside the office is Liam who, also summoned to Mr Harris' office to be reminded of his duties as tutor, sees in tears what could be his daughter Ellie and, trying to console her, embraces her and caresses her face. At that very moment the lift doors open and Sophia sees Emily, now smiling again, in her husband's arms in a "far from professional" attitude. Liam is called to enter Mr. Harris' office and the two of them separate, while Sophia (not seen by the two of them), after saying goodbye to secretary Scarlett, waits for her husband to leave Mr. Harris' office. While Sophia reflects on what she has just seen, the player is offered a choice: "Keep waiting until Liam leaves (Good Wife)" or "Leave (Filthy)". In the first option, the issue would immediately be explained without further speculation and resentment and the player could continue his game on the Good Wife route. In the second case, instead, Sophia might start listening to that inner voice that makes her suspect that her husband might cheat on her with another woman (already heard on Day 3) and think that she too can repay him with the same coin. I'm bored right now, so some dubious speculation.
"Liam doesn't cheat on Sophia," says L&P (present tense).
What if the resemblance between Dylan and Jules is not a coincidence but the product of a fling in the past. It would explain Neil's behavior towards his daughter. And the attempted rape of Sophia with drugs. The Paker family has just arrived in the new town and an old friend is trying to rape Sophia? Revenge would be a motive.
A lot of problems could be solved with this twist. Sophia can forgive Liam, but she doesn't have to. Might work on
the Good Wife route too. Sophia + Sam = ride into the sunset would be possible. Amber + Dylan would be possible.
And L&P would not contradict each other (past).
