1/3 the value of the house but we can only guess at the actual price of house as we don't know.
I didn't know about the 1 month sooner than Liam's promotion,nice catch
And Liam will be earning something like 10x what he is currently, so would easily be able to pay back the debt. If it was due a month later.

It's never been about the money to Morello. The money is just the device to get what he wants, and what he wants is Sophia.

Also, just a guess, but looking at their house, and that they're in a seaside climate that looks similar to southern California; their house must be valued in the $1,000,000 region. No Less than $750,000, and no more than $1,200,000.

I don't know about that one but I will have to get back to you
It's my personal read on Morello. His reaction to the debt from the very beginning has been suspicious to me. He wants to meet with Sophia alone until she insists on bringing Liam, he (Morello) has already pre-determined that there's no way that they can pay back the debt, and he is so open to the idea of forgiving the debt.

This is not how someone would behave if they really cared about the money and is why I suspect that Morello somehow manipulated the game of poker for Liam to lose. If Morello was really concerned about the money above all else, he would have entertained some sort of payback plan with interest. Also, I don't care how connected Morello is, there's no way he could have ascertained overnight the financial situation of the Parkers. And, if he was able to do it overnight, he would certainly know that they have a very wealthy brother-in-law who could help them out. If Morello cared about the money, and was omniscient then knowing about Carl would be key to squeezing the Parkers. He would know that they do have access to the resources to pay him back. This is a tactic used by unscrupulous lenders all the time- lend money to untrustworthy people solely because they know a relative has the money to pay them back.

In my opinion, Morello locked in on Sophia early and has manipulated a situation purely for the opportunity to get closer to her. This is not about the money, that's just the lever he's pulling on to manipulate the situation.

You mean like a credit check? Something an institution that lends out large sums of money like a casino might have access to? Fairly sure those things are also pretty instant.
No way, not overnight. A credit check is not going to give Morello such an extensive knowledge of the Parker's situation that he "knows" they can't pay him back. And even if they can't pay him back, he would take whatever money he could get from them first, and only THEN would he consider alternatives. Morello is bluffing, he just wants Sophia.

A few of us had a similar idea to yours that Morello would cause tension and drive a wedge between Sophia and Liam and would eventually nudge Sophia into Morello's arms.

Well, speaking of evidences and not suppositions, the only evidence is that which reinforces a single path, Larry-Sophia. The rest are suppositions. There is no reference to a possible Tony Sophia path. From the beginning, Tony talks about his brother. :)

Conjugal visits are only mentioned if you meet certain conditions before hand.
