The guest room that Nathalie changes in on her first day is on the middle floor. But to my knowledge that's the only part of the middle floor we've seen so far.depends on which country you are living
Sometimes ground floor == first floor.
Anyway, the last floor is where the bedrooms are (Sophia's balcony), the ground floor is where the kitchen and other rooms are.
The floor in the middle, the one with the balcony and the stairs giving on the pool should be the one left unused.
I think in the game he's considering 1st floor as the ground floor. I don't know what's the convention in Germany or if he is using the US convention. I always get confused!

Uhm, the playable days are like 18 left and unless L&P decides to do some massive time jumps then she would never have to explain. At the current production rate, at least not in our lifetime.
I haven't seen anything about Jason and Haru having a big event, only that the museum date is day 14, and that it will likely be after the museum is closed, so evening would be the assumption.
Day 13 we have the second side job and day 14 the first side job. Both the storylines have progressed a lot and are candidates for such.
