I'm just guessing - but it seems to me like results to those options are as follows;
- Report to the Police. The story-line and those characters will end (the Dev has pretty much said this already in his walk-through)
- Tell Patricia about it. We get a scene with Sophia and her sis taking revenge, which may serve to help them grow closer/Sophia to become more adventurous
- Don't report it. Certainly seems like it's setting up a scene much further down the line where the two bad guys run into Sophia when she's alone and vulnerable, so that they can rape her.
My theory is that the rape scene might result in a Bad End/Game Over, or at least a premature ending of that play-through, because I can't see the Dev wanting to then follow her through the weeks of hospital and trauma recovery that that experience would lead to.
But who knows, you're guess is a good as mine, Lust&Passion could surprise us.
Though I'm pretty confident there will be at least one hardcore rape scene in this game by the time it's finished - Just something about the way the Dev describes upcoming story-lines, like he's got a list of kinks/scenes he intends to cover and every relationship Sophia develops is designed to eventually check one or more of those kinks off the list.
Would love to hear other people's thought though...

As the story progresses, I think we will have a balance between romantic scenes and various kinks / fetishes. I can't wait to see what the author has planned for some scenes with some characters.

I would add Alyssa there, as she was the very first source of lesbian interest points. She may have had less content, but the attraction between her and Sophia was more plainly shown.
