According to L&P's About page, yes. But it appears it's more of just an outline, since he's made changes to the plot, like the Coach Sophia storyline which was announced suddenly, then dropped to DLC.

Next lesbian oriented event isn't until the next playable day, so those like me will need to wait at least another year. The next Sam event is straight after.
Next update is Sophia/Claire/Marie/Dylan at the salon. Mainly a continuation of the Yoga event.
