Alright, this is the bedroom change scene with the hint that it was part of the twist that was removed. Can you be specific as to what hints you're referring to? Spoiler it if necessary, but I'm pretty sure I'm missing whatever it is you're objecting to.

If Dylan's path can stand alone now, this scene would need two outcomes because of the NTR aspect of it. If the reader chooses not to follow the NTR route, why would Dylan comment on the students being shocked when he gets angry at anyone looking or saying things about Sophia? This scene would fit the NTR route, but the problem is this scene now plays out whether you're on the NTR route or avoiding it.
The conversation in the coffee shop between Sophia/Alyssa is pretty much self-explanatory. They don't understand how Dylan and Zac can defend themself quite well by the text of their conversation, but for some reason, Dylan needs to take self-defense lessons now?...
It would be hard to imagine that nothing sexual will happen at this event, considering what happened with the second side job. As I said, scenes with no build-up, like the museum guys, will need to rely on other scenes for her corruption to grow. Plus, L&P said this would likely be the last time the museum guys will appear in the novel after the PD14 evening event, So one could conclude that something is going to happen. Maybe not as far as sex, but it will be sexual to some extent. Also, just because they are not in the poll is irrelevant. Aiden's gang isn't in the poll, and look what happened there. As to the museum event, I don't believe we've heard anything to suggest anything sexual will happen with Jason or Haru and Sophia. One, it's before PD15 when those are meant to start. Two, Jason and Haru aren't in the poll. IIRC L&P forgot to put them in because they weren't going to have any significant scenes. So no flipping of switches necessary because the event is probably going to be boring. L&P seems to be putting far more effort into the Dylan route.
But then the whole point of the Ellie and Patricia routes at the moment is that "it's just us girls", so it is harmless fun. If Liam were to find out, he might be confused and upset but could get over it. You don't need anywhere near the Filthy points required for the Ellie or Patricia routes as you do to complete Aiden's tasks. I get away with about 20 (I think). All I suspect might happen is Liam being more assertive in going for the swinging event with Cathy and Andy, or a possible threesome with Nat.
My point about Sophia, Ellie, and Patricia has nothing to do with "it's just us girls." The point was that in no other part of the game does Sophia reference that she is sexually frustrated. You only learn about her sexual frustration during that event, which is key to her corruption, and it tells the reader what's going on with Sophia and why she is acting the way she is now. Again, L&P hints are in other paths of the story that are key to understanding the story. When readers choose not to follow all the paths, they miss vital parts or hints that will help them understand the story better, which is why I said the story was meant to be played unchained.
