I think he should have dropped the good wife path from the start. Would have saved him a ton of time.

I don't think it would have saved him a ton of time. My guess is no more than one update (no way there's more than 300 renders total in the good wife path but I may be wrong). And I bet if he dropped it and there was no bj scene with the husband, people would complain even more...

He could have got a BJ early on the filthy path, but yeah don't really know how much time he'd save. I still think it's not a very interesting path.

Nobody play goodwife path at 100%. I think. It's about more or less filthy. Can go with 100% filthy or go down a bit.
But day16 it's very important. We have 3 new paths: blackmail, Sam and Dylan. From now on, only good news.

How many updates more for the Bennet/Sophia dating event?

That event will come in February 2020 at best. It takes him about a year to complete two playable days. After that, he would have to do 20 more playable days to finish the VN and at the rate that this is going, it will take 10 years at best, because in the future it is possible that the visual novel will be more branched, so possibly completing a day will take longer than expected.

In so many years anything can happen, not something positive because we already know that he will not look for collaborators because nobody gets closer to his level and instead of helping him they will only delay him more, so it is irremediable that the game sooner or later ends up abandoned.
